Another one of the simple methods for fat loss is sticking to the compound exercises at the gym. Don’t waste your time running on treadmills or doing hundreds of sit ups. This isn’t going to help you one bit. Try investing your time in highly compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench press. This will burn far more calories and boost your metabolism higher.
