Whenever I got done playing outside with my friends I would usually come back inside my house to eat a few bananas. Besides being very tasty, bananas also have many health benefits to people that eat them.</p>

Tryptophan is very unique in that it is very important in the conversion of serotonin to melatonin, which is a very important compound and not only fighting depression but helping you to relax. Bananas are also rich source of vitamin B. vitamin D has always been associated with calming the nervous system down which also allows you to relax. <span id="more-3"></span>Bananas have also been prescribed to people that have intestinal disorders, and this is because of its soft and smooth texture. Whenever I used to have constipation as a kid my parents used to always feed me bananas to loosen up my stool and this in turn would help me to get rid of the constipation faster than I normally would. Bananas are also very high in potassium which has always been known as a stress fighter, so during times of high stress it is always good incorporate the bananas into your diet. They are also high in iron, and iron is a very important mineral that is used in the production of hemoglobin. Just remember that the iron coming from bananas is non-heme iron which means most of it will not be absorbed unless it is eaten with a food that also has heme-iron, such as red meat. For you ladies that have morning sickness, having a banana or two will help keep your blood sugar levels on an even keel to avoid this problem.</p>
